Greg Skipper, MD, is a Fellow of the American Board of Addiction Medicine and has worked in the field of professional health and well-being since 1982. In 2001, Dr. Skipper noticed the possible importance and role for EtG testing when he heard Friedrich Wurst, MD, a German psychiatrist, lecture on the topic of alcohol markers, in Italy. Dr. Skipper and Dr. Wurst have collaborated and together have been instrumental in bringing EtG and EtS testing to the United States.

Dr. Skipper has no patent on EtG testing and no proprietary interest in EtG and he has no financial interest in a laboratory or other agencies that profit from EtG testing. Dr. Skipper has consulted for numerous individuals and agencies since 2002 to help explain test results and promote the proper use of these markers.

Dr. Skipper is available for consultation at gregskipper@usa.net.
